From my trip to Republic of South Africa from 24th to 31st of July 1999 ...

Picture was taken in Shopping center near Johannesburg with scout's hosts, who spend a little time with us while we were waiting for a next plane for city Durban, SA.
What did I do in South Africa? I went to 35th World Scout Conference, which take place in city Durban on east coast of Indian ocean. Durban have 3 million citizens.

Like I said before I was on 35th World Scout Conference in Durban in International Conference Center (ICC), who are one of the biggest on the World. On Conference attended nearly 1000 people (scouts) from 116 countries from every region of the world. Here is one photo from Conference hall, exactly one third of hall. Here is few pictures of our delegation. Delegation is consist from Scout Association of Republic Srpska and Scout Association of Federation of BiH, who together represent scouting from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Every Scout Association work on territory of their entities and not have to much influence on program and business of other Scout Association. On picture are delegates:

On this World Scout Conference we become again member of WOSM - World Organization of Scout Movement. I said again because on of founders of WOSM in year 1920 was Yugoslavia, when all of us were members of Yugoslav Scout Association.

Year season is Winter, but it is very nice weather, about 25o of Celsius.
